Who is ARHG?
The Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) is a shared services provider whose purpose is to enhance the competitive success of our member funds.
We also provide services to the greater private health insurance industry.
Contracting and member services
Our primary role is to contract with hospitals on behalf of our member funds, so that their members have access to private health care around Australia. We also offer additional services that add value through collaboration and specialisation.
Ancillary provider accreditation service
ARHG's ancillary provider accreditation service provides funds with a list of ancillary providers that meet a set of agreed provider accreditation standards.
QualiPHI e-learning platform
Our online learning platform, QualiPHI, provides funds with a suite of training modules on fundamental health insurance topics.
Medical gap registration
Our medical gap scheme registration portal allows medical providers to register with the schemes of our member funds at the one time.
Regional advocacy
Our role is to advocate for a better future for the regional members of our health funds. Our objective is to achieve improved access to affordable health services in regional areas.
